I just watched the Mary Mary episode where Tina found out she was pregnant. *sigh*. And she was quite upset about it. It made me cry. Again.
I get her vibe. But seriously. Theres more than enough women that would have that baby that you're really upset about having. I pray her strength and health and also pray that she finds peace in accepting God's blessing of a baby.

Healthiest chili recipe ever...
2 carrots sliced thin
1 zucchini sliced thin
1 yellow squash sliced thin
6 small tomatoes
1tsp of garlic
4 leaves of fresh basil
3 cups of fresh spinach, chopped
3 tsp of organic tomato paste
1 can of rotfl diced tomatoes...mild
1 can of black beans
1 lb of ground lean turkey
Water as needed
Salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper to taste
Mix all veggies, let it cook down and get tender
Add water when needed.
Add seasonings
Add ground turkey
Add beans and tomato paste
Let it all cook down and season to taste...
Serve over couscous or quinoa add. Cheese and enjoy
