Healthiest chili recipe ever...
2 carrots sliced thin
1 zucchini sliced thin
1 yellow squash sliced thin
6 small tomatoes
1tsp of garlic
4 leaves of fresh basil
3 cups of fresh spinach, chopped
3 tsp of organic tomato paste
1 can of rotfl diced tomatoes...mild
1 can of black beans
1 lb of ground lean turkey
Water as needed
Salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper to taste
Mix all veggies, let it cook down and get tender
Add water when needed.
Add seasonings
Add ground turkey
Add beans and tomato paste
Let it all cook down and season to taste...
Serve over couscous or quinoa add. Cheese and enjoy

Seriously...run away from this when you see them on the store. Total disaster and a waste of good oats!
